“This family-run B&B, with its free private parking, stands out for its commitment to both comfort and community, as I noted from the guest reviews. I was particularly drawn to the personalized experience, where local insights and support for area charities add a distinct, welcoming touch. It's a place where the owners clearly take pride in creating a homely environment, making it ideal for a relaxed stay in Eastbourne.”

carpet stain low pressure
the breakfast included many choices, it was a good start to my day.
The room i was given, the 'budget double room', was quite disappointing. There was a noticeable stain on the carpet i didn't appreciate. also, the shower's water pressure was so low, it made showering difficult and not refreshing at all. it seemed like such a waste of time.

Adequate stay with some letdowns

worn carpet weak water pressure
The location was quite convenient near the beach and some shops.
The room I received seemed rather worn. The carpet had a few stains I noticed immediately and the bathroom felt outdated. Water pressure in the shower was also very weak making it a challenge to rinse properly so I was disappointed.
